The Shadow alarm is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Any defect that may arise due to faulty materials or construction will be repaired free of charge or replaced at our discretion. The guarantee does not cover batteries, deliberate damage, misuse or abuse. The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product has been resold or damaged by unauthorised repair. This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and is additional to your statutory rights.
